SOME BENEFITS OF ME TIME

Here are a few benefits of Me Time which were taken from an article in The Adrenaline Fatigue Solution Magazine.

Scheduling me time can:

  • Refresh and energize you; help you think clearer and make better decisions
  • Me Time builds your self-esteem over time and makes you realize that you’re worth it and deserve time to yourself
  • Help you sleep better, less fatigue, depression and anxiety, greater resistance to sickness, and less tension
  • Help improve your interpersonal and business relationships, making you a better partner, parent, and employee 
  • So, take some much needed me time everyday.  Make sure to use if for time out and nothing else.  Here’s to me time
